Keto Ground Beef Casserole
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup beef broth
- 3 oz cream cheese
- ¾ cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cans green beans drained
- ¾ cup cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp Bragg’s Aminos
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 350. Brown ground-beef at a cast-iron skillet then drain the excess-grease. Next, add cream-cheese and stir till melted then add beef broth, heavy whipping cream, garlic powder, Bragg’s Aminos, pepper and salt.
- Bring to a boil and then cook on medium-heat till mixture starts to thicken then reduce heat and simmer. When the ground-beef mixture thickens add 2cans of green-beans which were drained on the top then sprinkle cheese on top of green-beans. Continue to bake for 25 minutes.
