  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • ¾ cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cans green beans drained
  • ¾ cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp Bragg's Aminos
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt


  • Preheat oven to 350. Brown ground-beef at a cast-iron skillet then drain the excess-grease. Next, add cream-cheese and stir till melted then add beef broth, heavy whipping cream, garlic powder, Bragg's Aminos, pepper and salt.
  • Bring to a boil and then cook on medium-heat till mixture starts to thicken then reduce heat and simmer. When the ground-beef mixture thickens add 2cans of green-beans which were drained on the top then sprinkle cheese on top of green-beans. Continue to bake for 25 minutes.
